Participation in sports has a significant impact on women's success in the professional world. Research indicates that 94% of women in leadership positions have a background in sports, highlighting the importance of sports in building valuable skills. Dropout rates for girls in sports at age 14 are twice that of boys, which can hinder their development. PTRP is equipped with the necessary experience, knowledge, and curriculum to empower girls for success.
